KSG Technologies, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to KSG RealtorFlow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. You can:

1. Open the billing portal from your account billing page to manage your subscription and request a refund directly, or
2. Fill out the form below and our team at KSG Technologies, LLC will process the refund on your behalf.

What happens next

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
